　TruPoint時差性螢光分析系統

　TruPoint─time-resolved fluorescence quench assay
　TruPoint是基於兩種標示物的距離遠近所造成的螢光變化來研究酵素的水解活性。如下圖所示，
　其一分子標示Eu螯合物；另一分子標示適當的有機淬滅分子(Quencher)，當這兩個標示物夠接近時，
　來自Eu螯合物的時差式螢光會被淬滅，因此不會偵測到螢光訊號；反之當這兩個標示物分離時即
　可偵測到來自Eu螯合物的時差式螢光。
